Kauai Sport Fishing Weather Conditions

Aloha! This week in Kauai Deep Sea Fishing action, we are going to talk about our local Kauai Fishing Conditions. Here on Kauai our fishery is one of the most productive fisheries out of all the Hawaiian Island Fishing Grounds, but our waters can be a little bumpy. Kauai’s average fishing conditions consists of 10-14kt winds and 3-4 foot seas. While we can have light and variable days here on Kauai, that is usually not the case. When you fish here at Apex Fishing Charters, you can expect a very safe, but slightly bumpy ride. We advise any guests that might be concerned about sea sickness to take a dramamine at least an hour before the trip, to ensure for a fun day on the water. This is all apart of the fishing adventure!
